New Long Course for 2021 is in the works!

The 5 mile course begins on Hamiltons Hop, then takes a right onto Mosquito Flats and heads up onto the Van Michael Trail in a COUNTER-CLOCKWISE direction. Van Michael Trail is hilly and rolling with a fairly smooth running surface in most areas. After completing Van Michael Trail, runners will have a fast and mostly flat half mile back to the finish on the remainder of the Mosquito Flats Trail.

8 MILE COURSE:
The 8 mile course begins on Hamilton's Hop and then takes a right onto Mosquito Flats and heads up onto the Van Michael Trail in a COUNTER-CLOCKWISE direction. Van Michael Trail is hilly and rolling with a fairly smooth running surface in most areas. After completing all of Van Michael Trail (including the 420 climb and Kevorkian Pass), runners will take Mosquito Flats back to Hamilton's Hop and take a right. They will then take a left on the South Loop Access Trail and run the new Gnarnia Trail Loop. Once done with Gnarnia, runners will return to Hamilton's Hop and have a fast and mostly flat half mile back to the finish on Hamilton's Hop Trail and Mosquito Flats Creekside.
