5 MILE COURSE:

The 5 mile course begins on Hamiltons Hop, then takes a left onto the second South Loop Connector Trail and heads up onto South Loop in a COUNTER-CLOCKWISE direction. South Loop is rolling with a few rocky areas and offers great views of Lake Allatoona. After completing South Loop, runners descend the Chairlift Tral and will have a fast and mostly flat half mile back to the finish on the remainder of Hamilton's Hop and the Mosquito Flats Creekside Trail.

10 MILE COURSE:

The 10 mile course begins on Hamilton's Hop and then takes a right onto Mosquito Flats and heads up onto the Van Michael Trail in a COUNTER-CLOCKWISE direction. Van Michael Trail is hilly and rolling with a fairly smooth running surface in most areas. After completing the Van Michael Trail (including the 420 climb and Kevorkian Pass), runners will take Mosquito Flats back to Hamilton's Hop and take a right. They will then take a left onto the second South Loop Connector Trail and head up onto South Loop in a COUNTER-CLOCKWISE direction. South Loop is rolling with a few rocky areas and offers great views of Lake Allatoona. After completing South Loop, runners descend the Chairlift Trail and will have a fast and mostly flat half mile back to the finish on the remainder of Hamilton's Hop and the Mosquito Flats Creekside Trail.

Aid station available at mile 4.6 on the long course.
