Race Course
5 Mile Course
The short course is closer to 5.5 miles and will include all three loops of the Avalanche Trail in a counter-clockwise direction. Runners will enter the Avalanche Trail at the trailhead and finish near the pavilion.
There will be a water and gel station at approximately mile 2.75.

9 Mile Course
The long course is 9 miles and will include all three loops of the Explorer Trail in a counter-clockwise direction, then all three loops of the Avalanche Trail in a counter clockwise direction. Long course runners will begin by heading straight onto the Explorer Trail, complete all three loops, then head over to Avalanche Trail and complete all three loops there, finishing behind the pavilion.
There is one full aid station on the long course at Mile 3 as runners pass under the 575 bridge at the end of Explorer. This aid station will have water, Hammer HEED, and Hammer Gels. There will also be a water and gel station along the Avalanche Trail at approximately mile 6.

Always run opposite the bike traffic, so pre-run days in race direction are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
